OUR STORY

RAVEN'S LOVE was born from insurmountable human tragedy, unacceptable social injustice, and great personal triumph. I am a survivor, and so is Raven. However, one of my family members was not, and her name was Cornelia, and she was Raven's best friend. After her passing, Raven and Idecided to honor her and all of those who didn't survive. Our unique program is designed to help as many individuals as possible to overcome the immense amount of trauma they have been through

OUR MISSION

To champion legal and social reform for the protection of all vulnerable human beings from

forced addiction, sexual slavery, and domestic

violence.

Big problems require even bigger solutions. Most people do not understand or comprehend the complexity of the Human Trafficking underworld, and how it’s even possible to be enslaved to a life of seemingly involuntary self-destruction. This is because it is NOT self-destruction, it is forced unvoluntary human bondage by means of violence and forced drug abuse. Nor are people aware of how our existing laws, culture and society inexplicably perpetuate this insidious human condition.

OUR GOALS

TO HELP ELIMINATE HUMAN TRAFFICKING

Strengthen rules and regulations to ensure immigration enforcement does not hinder human trafficking detection, criminal law enforcement, or victim protections.

Screen all individuals in immigration detention or custody for human trafficking indicators.

Improve access to emergency and long-term housing for all victims.

Increase access to and accessibility of specialized victim assistance for men, boys, LGBTQI+ persons, and persons with disabilities, especially mental illness.

Mitigate vulnerabilities in employment-based or other nonimmigrant U.S. visa programs, including by holding accountable noncompliant employers and their agents, and adopting policies that incentivize workers to report program violations.

Increase the number of requests by federal law enforcement officials for Continued Presence.

Encourage state and local authorities to implement policies not to prosecute victims for the unlawful acts their traffickers compelled them to commit.

Train investigators, prosecutors, and judges to increase the number of forfeiture orders and mandatory restitution orders for trafficking victims and use all available authorities to ensure

restitution is paid.

Increase survivor engagement, including by establishing accessible mechanisms for receiving and providing compensation

for survivor input when forming policies, programs, and trainings.

Increase training for and efforts to pursue financial crime investigations in tandem with human trafficking cases.

TO HELP ELIMINATE DRUG ABUSE

We have created a one-year program designed to:

•help individuals get clean

•get into the proper therapies and

•restore their lives

Our program relocates into a safe environment, a place to live, transportation as needed, and a career path to living a safe and productive life without drugs.

As we continue to fund the program, advanced education and technical training will be available as well.
